I’m in the fortunate position of not earning anything to speak of from Medium anyway, so I’m neither affected nor overly bothered by the change personally.

But I do know that any changes which impact on your fabulous mixtape series can’t be right, Bonnie. The time, effort and skill that goes into lovingly assembling each selection and the care with which you wrap a personal commentary around each one is exactly the sort of thing any writing community should be supporting.

Hopefully Medium will think again and refine their model. My world would be a much poorer place without my Sunday morning BMT catch-up sessions, but you’ve got to do what’s right for you, Bonnie.

If needs be, I’ll just mail you a few Cherry Cokes instead and cut out the middleman so you can keep writing… ;-)
